He has been a chairperson of Family Commission Chairperson at Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia, teach psychology and counseling courses at ETC, MK College and EFGTC, writer (so far published 11 books on family, counseling, conflict resolution, ministry, youth, etc). He contributes articles for Christian magazines in Ethiopia regularly. He is married and has four children (4-13 years).
