Brit Hume: Why Tiger Should Turn to Christianity (Video)
CBN Veteran journalist Brit Hume recently gave straightforward advice to Tiger Woods, who has seen his reputation plummet in the wake of marital infidelity-- turn to Christ.
"He's said to be a Buddhist. I don't think that faith offers the kind of forgiveness and redemption that is offered by the Christian faith," Hume said. "So my message to Tiger would be, 'Tiger, turn to the Christian faith and you can make a total recovery and be a great example to the world.'"
Hume has since drawn criticism because of the statement on Fox News Sunday, but he said he wasn't seeking approval with the comment.

Wow! I am both puzzled and disgusted with the Baptist minister's comments. In his pursuit of political correctness in lieu of presenting Christ, the minister seems to be playing down his own faith. What is he/she minister of? Mammon or ego?
Only a truly born-again believer can say "Jesus is Lord" in utter boldness and clarity (Acts 4:12 and following). The world crowns sinners and draws entertainment from their failure. Christ is the only Savior who receives sinners to transform them demonstrating the redemptive power of His Cross and reserruction (1Cor.1:18). Surely, it is the Christ crucified and Him ALONE, none other that can save the lost world. Please, read my article titled, A Day of Reckoning in major Ethiopian secular websites.
To some neo-Evangelicals and modern liberals, Jesus Christ is just one of the many ways to God. True Chrstians need to filter every message through the Spirit and the word of God all the time. There are so many un-suspecting believers who are being driven by such "ministers" of political correctness, like a sheep to the slaughter house. May the Lord have His mercy on us. Merry Christmas!
